FREELANCE DESIGNER

We are a boutique branding agency, established for over 20 years in London with recent expansion to Dubai.

We solve business challenges with intelligent strategy and outstanding creative for all stages of the branding journey from positioning, naming and identity design, to website design, launch campaigns, promotions, exhibitions and all on going communications.

Our clients range from global organisations to SMEs and start-ups, with a focus on Property, Finance/Fin Tech, Travel and Hospitality.

We need a part time designer who is accustomed to flexible working. If you are passionate about brands and creative design and enjoy working across multiple accounts – this could be for you.

Experience/skills
• Adobe Creative Suite – incl. InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator
• A strong branding and creative record
• Non-digital and digital design & artwork experience
• Website design & responsive HTML email build/coding an advantage

Candidate
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• A team player and happy to deal direct with clients if needed
• Confident and reliable with an eye for detail

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ROLE

We solve business challenges with intelligent strategy and outstanding creative communication, both digital and print; from branding, marketing campaigns and website design to brochures, promotions, exhibitions, employee engagement and more.

Our clients range from global organisations to SMEs and startups.

We are looking to accelerate our growth and have an exciting opportunity for a part time Business Development professional to join our London team.

Purpose of the role
To identify and win new clients and new business for IM

Target sectors
• Property • Finance/FinTech • F&B • Travel & Hotels

Key accountabilities
• Identify genuine prospects
• Research their needs
• Create relevant, tailored proposals
• Build new relationships
• Secure face to face meetings
• Secure opportunities to pitch
• Attend pitches and present to prospects/clients
• Tailored follow up to optimise conversion rates

Experience/skills
• Proven track record in winning new business
• Fast worker with good time management
• Engaging presentation skills
• Appreciation of quality creative
• Previous sales experience for a marketing agency an advantage
• Experience in dealing with relevant target sectors preferred

Personal qualities
• Drive, energy and confidence • Strong network • Patience, empathy • Integrity

Role
A part-time role, starting at 6 days per month.
Remuneration will depend on track record and will be highly commission based.
