When Premier Inn in 2015 decided to create a hotel to meet millennial expectations, they engaged IM to provide a full branding service – from competitive positioning to concept creation to delivery at all touch points for launch.

As a high spec, design-led product, hub has proved to have strong appeal, running at consistently high occupancy rates since day one. There are now 11 properties and it is continuing to scale up.
