When first starting up, the founder of Fused approached IM to create a brand to set his recruitment agency apart.

From our discovery phase we established that the founder needed a young, trendy positioning for his brand that would appeal strongly to his prime target of young marketers and creatives in London and Brighton.
We set the brand tone with a bold colour palette and image led black and white photography; the imagery was people focused, depicting a casual and engaging lifestyle.
Following the creation of the brand identity and guidelines, we went on to design and build the website and create a suite of stationery and social media banners.
