The arrival of a new CEO and Executive Team at Portman, one of the UK's leading travel management companies, meant a change of direction for the company. IM London was asked to translate the new business plan into vision, values and brand repositioning for the business.
Competitor reviews, customer research, and internal workshops were held from which the vision, values and new branding were developed and implemented. Portman has since grown successfully in both global and regional markets. IM London continues to work on their branding and communications.
